Help to recover website deleted files on linux server !

I don't know what exactly happened but suddenly when I want to open my application its won't as files are not found when I check thru FileZilla i found the whole resources files ( this is laravel view ) are gone! i didn't know what to do but to upload backed-up folder I had, but the problem I had worked on the system, and some files were not backed up then! I need help if possible to recover files! can u help me?
