Help me migrate 7 docker containers off broken Synology to new Asustor Nas

Hi i have 7 docker containers running on a Synology nas (xpanology) I need to migrate these to a new Asustor Nas. SSH and Sudo are broken on the Synology..telnet access is available. I have the data, images, settings and exports from Synology but cant compose from the json settings.
