Help installing Linux Github software on Manjaro Arch Arm - apt-get to pacman raspberry pi 4

Trying to install this software "PiJuice" from here https://github.com/PiSupply/PiJuice/tree/master/Software . They only provide apt-get commands from Linux. I need help installing this through the Arch pacman package manager. Need step by step instructions to help install this on Manjaro install for Raspberry pi 4
