Help me fix my Nginx and Apache2 proxy server

As the title says, i have a nginx / apache2 proxy but it seems to not grab the htaccess files right so i am looking for a linux guru to assist and fix this issue.
You must have good nginx and apache2 skills, and also be aware this is a live server with multiple sites running on it (same script)!
