Help establish Host .NET Core Web API 5 on Ubuntu 20.04 with Apache

Hello All,
We have an Ubuntu 20.04 server with Apache/2.4.48
Although not important, it is with DirectAdmin control panel.
The entire server is set up just for this activity, so although it is a "Shared Hosting" setup, we only care for one website.
Of course we have root access and we can install/reconfigure anything we want.
We are trying to run a .NET Core Web API 5 call and we get errors on configuration.
Probably an httpd.conf issue (or maybe something else).
We are looking for an expert who can set this correctly and show us the needed changes so that we can understand what was the problem and how to fix for future.
