Help debugging an access to an EC2 instance via SSH

I am looking for someone to help me debug an issue with accessing an EC2 instance via SSH. I am using Linux to connect to the instance, and I am receiving a "Connection timed out" error message when trying to connect. I have already checked my security group rules to ensure SSH traffic is allowed.

Skills and experience required for this job:
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging SSH connection issues
