Help configuring Quickconnect and DDNS hostname on Synology NAS

We need help configuring our NAS so that Quickconnect and DDNS hostname works so that we can connect externally.
We have the quickconnect and synology accounts already set up but the router configuration is showing as failed on the NAS control panel.
We need someone to connect remotely to resolve these issues for us straight away.
