Help With LAMP Server Clone, Backup. Real Time Synchronization/Mirror

We do not know if this is possible, but we need an expert that understands Linux Server (LAMP). We have our many websites running on one remote LAMP server with our host, and we would like to create a way to mirror this same data onto a second LAMP server with the same host, as a backup. If Server 1 has a problem or fails, we want server 2 to automatically take over with no downtime for our websites. If this is possible, or you can help us do this, please contact us to discuss.
