Help: Crytomator on Ubuntu stopped unlocking vaults - possible issue with Fuse?

Need help debugging/fixing an issue with Cryptomator on Ubuntu Linux.
It previously worked ok, but after some recent operating system updates, the vault unlock feature stopped working.
I can access the vault on another computer (MacOS), so the vault still works and the files are not corrupted. This appears to be an issue specific to the local computer.
The error message I receive from Cryptomator is attached, as is the settings.json.
I think there's a chance this is an issue related to Fuse (Fuse3), permissions or something similar.
I'm new to Ubuntu/Linux, so won't have checked some of the more basic things I imagine.
In terms of support, I'm looking for someone to connect to the computer and help me debug the issue.
