Headless Audio Player for linux

Hello.
we are looking for a freelancer that can create an audio player os image that will run on an intel pc.
features:
- player must auto start when computer is turned on
- player must run fully headless mode (no mouse, keyboard, or screen connected)
- player must be able to detect when a usb drive is plugged in and copy all mp3 files on the usb to local storage. once transfer is complete, the player must delete old files and only play files transfered the last time a usb drive was plugged in
- player must have a configuration file that will also reside on a usb and must be trasnfered along the mp3 files.
- configuration parameters in file must include
- Play mode: alphabetically or ordered by track numbers, shuffle/random
- volume : set from 1 to 100 %
a usd file may contain the settings.txt file and some mp3 files, all content should be auto synced locally and then player must restart to apply new settings and new files.
the player should use the default audio output of the computer.
the player os must be installable so that we may install on various computers.
you may use any linux distribution for this as a starting point, the computer will have no internet connection. only interaction the computer should have is to update files and setting via usb drive when plugged in .
the player system must periodically check that the audio player is actually playing and try to recuperate if it detects that the player deamond has stoped
the idea is to have a fully unattended computer playing background music and have the ability to update music files and setting when connecting a usb drive to the computer.
