Hacking setup lab

I am looking for an experienced professional to help me set up a long-term Kali Linux hacking lab. I have specific requirements for this setup and I need an individual that understands Kali Linux and has hands-on knowledge of setting up an environment that will allow me to practice and explore various hacking techniques. The lab must be secure, comprehensive, and maintained in order for me to continuously learn and build my skills. The duration of the project is greater than 6 months and I need someone who can help me during this timeframe.
