Gather network information and store them into an online database

We need you to develop a solution based on GL-MT300N-V2 Mini Wireless Router (https://www.gl-inet.com/products/gl-mt300n-v2/) and OpenWRT (which we will flash on that device).
We want to ship that device pre-configured to customers where it will gather as many information on the customers network and Internet connection as possible and submit them to a web-api that stores that information into a MySQL/MariaDB database. Information needed for example: SSIDs in range, channel and power, other devices on the network (MAC addresses, names) and permanent metering of the internet connection for availability, bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss. Once a month we want to generate a report from that data so the customer knows how well his Internet connectivity is working.
