GCP Monitor with Logs (Read Requirement)

Requirement:
1. I have 2 Web server, one is Windows and other is Linux (Ubuntu).
2. Both is running with Web application.
2. You need capture the logs of Windows [IIS] and Ubuntu Server [Apache] in GCP Log Explorer.
a. Create the query to view the 404/ other errors in Log explorer.
b. Create the Alarm whenever 404/ other errors generated [say when count is 5 or above] in Log explorer.
3. If we stopped the IIS service of the Windows or Apache service of Ubuntu.
a. Create the query to view the service stopped in Log explorer.
b. Create the Alarm whenever service stopped in Log explorer.
