FusionPBX Install Script & Billing Module

I'm looking for a developer to create a quick install script (This is required so that i can install same billing module on multiple instances) and a billing module for FusionPBX on Debian Linux. The billing module should include usage tracking functionalities.

Requirements:
- Create an install script compatible with Debian
- Develop a billing module with usage tracking

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with FusionPBX
- Proficiency in Debian and Linux scripting
- Background in developing billing modules
