Vendor dashboard should be created first. We’re starting with the vendor module because it powers the rest of the platform. You will:
- Build a custom vendor registration and KYC process
- Create a detailed fleet management system
- Set up vendor booking controls and offline payment handling
- Integrate subscription plans and Stripe Connect payout flow
- Display email exchanges in a mailbox interface
- Design a clean, functional vendor dashboard with performance and listing summaries

After vendor features are in place, we’ll expand the admin system to:
- Manage customers and vendors (KYC, verification, suspensions)
- Approve car listings and monitor bookings
- Access full analytics and earnings reports (Stripe + offline)
- Define global policies for cancellation, modification, late return
- Manage vendor subscription plans and add-on services
- Set pickup zones, create promo codes, and configure legal/content sections
- Integrate Stripe keys, error logs, and retry flows
- Centralize communication via a full domain mailbox system
