PROJECT OVERVIEW We need a complete professional installation and
configuration of a CodeCanyon script (Chatter – Flutter + Laravel). This
is a Private Social Club project (18+). Security, stability, and
clean setup are extremely important.

TECHNICAL STACK - Laravel Backend (API + Admin Panel) - Flutter Mobile
App (Android) - MySQL Database - Nginx Web Server - PHP 8.2 (NOT 8.3) -
Firebase (Email Auth only + Firestore + Push Notifications) - Payment
Gateways: CCBill (Primary), PayPal (Alternative), SMS Wallet

SERVER TASKS (OVH Ubuntu 24.04) - Install Nginx - Install PHP 8.2 with
required extensions - Install MySQL - Install Composer - Install
Supervisor - Configure UFW Firewall (SSH + HTTPS only) - Configure SSL
using Certbot (Let’s Encrypt) - Setup Nginx vhost for
api.libertinbigay.com - Set client_max_body_size to 200M - Ensure
PHP-FPM properly connected

BACKEND INSTALLATION - Upload and extract backend files to
/var/www/chatter - Configure .env - Connect and configure database -
Import SQL file - Generate Laravel app key - Configure queue worker -
Configure cron job - Set correct permissions - Clear cache and
optimize - Ensure admin panel works correctly

FIREBASE CONFIGURATION - Enable Email/Password Authentication only -
Enable Firestore - Enable Cloud Messaging - DO NOT enable phone
authentication - Connect Firebase to Flutter app - Test chat and push
notifications

MULTILANGUAGE Mobile app must include ONLY: - English - French -
Spanish - Italian - Portuguese - German - Dutch

Remove all other languages.

PRIVATE CLUB MODE - Mandatory subscription required to access content -
Middleware blocking non-subscribed users - Invitation-only registration
(beta mode) - 30-day free access for early users

PAYMENT INTEGRATION CCBill: - Monthly: 9.99€ - Yearly: 79.99€ -
Recurring billing - IPN/Webhook validation

PayPal: - Same pricing - Webhook configured

SMS Wallet: - 5€ - 10€ - 15€ - Wallet system working correctly

All payment flows must be tested in sandbox mode.
