Frequent and Sudden Drop in Incoming Requests on our Ubuntu GCP server -- 2

We have a Ubuntu server running on GCP. Our Incoming requests on the server are facing frequent and sudden drops that are lasting for a long time despite the users of our application trying to access the app. Require a Cloud Server expert to troubleshoot our server and help resolve the issue.
