Freeradius migration to identical server

I am in need of a Freeradius expert to help me migrate a fully working existing freeradius used just for authentication to a identifical (resources and configuration centos 7 mysql whm/cpanel server).
I am moving due to monthly fee issues.
I have already copied all domains to new server. Missing just install freeradius and copy the files, its less than 1h job. I have done it before but I dont remember and busy migrating other stuff.
