FreeRADIUS OpenWRT Fix

Hello, another freelancer migrated my freeradius from one server to another. After the migration, triggering the captive portal works fine for older dd-wrt routers, but for openwrt it is not triggering the portal/login page. I think something is missing at freeradius, maybe a cert or something like that. I need someone that knows how to complete the freeradius configuration.
