Forwarding traffic to proxies

Hello. I rent proxy servers, socks5 mostly. Company give me ip:port:username:password. And only one device can connect at a time. When I give this servers to client, in a few days or weeks, some companies blacklist the ip, so I have to change proxy again. I use this instead of vpn. What I want it, I will give my server ip and username password to each client, and server will send traffic to these proxies I rent. So each user will have their own Ip and each time they connect, Ip will change. Is this something u can do?
