Form capture using nodogsplash in openwrt with GL-SFT1200 Router

I am looking for a developer who can help me with capturing form data using nodogsplash in OpenWrt with a GL-SFT1200 Router. The purpose of capturing the form data is to collect customer information like name and address.
The ideal candidate should have intermediate experience in OpenWrt and nodogsplash.
There is no specific format or database requirement for storing the data but it can either be emailed to an email address from the router or stored on the device in a text file.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Setting up nodogsplash in OpenWrt with a GL-SFT1200 Router
