Issues:
Error: Error executing command: PowerMTA not running.
When sending email campaigns, autoresponses from recipients (a client on vacation with an automatic message set up) are not reaching the email account that sent the campaign.
Sent emails are landing in the recipient's spam folder.
Requirements:
Fix the functionality.
Clarify what is needed to get it working. No platform changes will be made; we need to utilize the existing setup.
Budget is limited. If the issue is resolved successfully, there might be a future request to migrate the entire service to operate under a different email sending domain.
