Fix ssh issue for Ubuntu server

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me fix an SSH issue on my ubuntu server. I am receiving a "Connection refused" error message when trying to access the site via SSH. The site is hosted on digitalocean Shared Hosting server. I haven't made any recent changes to the site or server settings.
