Fix slow esxi scp problem and/or transfer problem

Getting slow transfers when transferring via SCP or even using Veeam FastSCP or using convertor from vmware. Trying to migrate vms from one esxi host to another. On the actual vms I can get download speeds of 250mbps, but transferring from one ESXi host to another never get above 5MB/s
