Fix my openvpn issue (it connects but does not route LAN traffic)

As the title says i have an openvpn box that i connect to my server with, i disable redirect gateway as i only want to transmit the local traffic over the vpn and not the rest.
however it only pings to the vpn box in the network but doesnt forward any other traffic.
