Fix nextcloud migration issue

Job ID: 31904165

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We had a working NextCloud 21 (NC) install on CentOS 7 in a VMWare VM. The physical host hardware crashed.

We extracted the following from the VMDK:

1. The NC PHP frontend.
2. The NC MariaDB database
3. The NC datadirectory and files contained within.

We installed LAMP stack on new CentOS 8 physical hardware.

We imported the database on the new hardware (with no errors). We confirmed DB content. We moved user datafiles into place. We modified the NC config.php as necessary.

The attached screenshot shows the error we are getting when attempting to access the web interface.

With respect, I have a stack of projects 25 feet tall waiting on my attention. I need to hand this project off to a professionally minded individual. One who understands this a critical production machine and what that means. My Ideal situation would be to allow SSH access from their Static IP Address and let them fix it. They message me when the project is done. To be clear, what I am looking for is a working web interface where users can successfully login and access their files/data.

Please provide details of the problem and resolution once resolved.

While I am not certain, I don't think this will be a complex problem. Someone with more NC experience will likely find this to be a simple fix. I suspect something like a missing required PHP module. While I will stop just short of calling this project critical, the sooner we can access our files and data the better. :)
