Fix e-mail delivery (to INBOX) for third-parties using Outlook/Office 365 service
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Please read all before applying. Small business running dedicated server (Linux) with clean IP block (/30) from OVH since 2020 for corporate e-mail service. All protocols/standards are implemented (DKIM, DANE, DMARC, SPF, TLS 1.3, etc), domains and IPs not listed in any blocklist (RBL), neutral reputation in feedback loops (Google Postmaster, Return-Path, Microsoft SNDS, etc), mitigation applied by Outlook Delivery Support, zero complaints, etc. No e-mail marketing, no newsletter and no transactional messages and passes all tests (10/10 in Mail-Tester, EMailAudit, etc) and volume is low (less than 500 messages/month). Delivery is 100% (INBOX) for all services with exception of Outlook/Office 365 for which third partes that contact us will receive all replies in Junk Mail folder (with SCL4 or SCL5). We don´t use Microsoft services and our customers will not open tickets with their helpdesk or Microsoft (because they are don´t care). Microsoft Outlook Delivery support is useless with canned answers saying they already mitigated and nothing prevent us from reaching their customers. There are many similar cases and we need someone with very good connections at Microsoft to solve this from a technical perspective there or a laywer/legal service to ask them why they are applying this censorship/ discrimination to our corporate IP block. Solutions like relaying e-mail traffic or services like AWS SES, Mailchip, Sendgrid, etc are not possible because we are dealing with corporate e-mail from end user to end-user to messages (from clients like Apple Mail, Evolution, Thunderbird) and not e-mail marketing or transactional messages.
