Fix issue of mysql and cpanel

Hi,

I am facing an issue in mysql and cpanel, server was fine since yesterday, but one drive went faulty, after installing new hdd, and rebuild raid, node is bootup properly, vps also bootup. but cpanel whm url are not working also most of services inside ssh are down for cpanel. need to be fixed those without loosing data and mysql.
