Fix an issue in Centos 7 WHM/Cpanel

I have a digitalocean droplet, with multiple websites, some of these sites doesn't work probably, specially emails, and also I would like to check the the spam and servers rejection for my emails to Google ,Microsoft and clouds,, etc.
