Fix a broken Nextcloud installation on a dedicated linux server

I run a private instance of Nextcloud on a dedicated Linux server. I did some software updates yesterday, and it completely broke. I've exhausted all the ways I know how to fix it. I need it fixed, not wiped and re-installed. You must have deep knowledge of Nextcloud and linux servers. Please indicate whether you have experience with Nextcloud when applying!
