Fix apache2 stopped serving audio files

I have a website where audio files are served using apache2 and it has been working for more than a year. But now it stopped working and I don't know why or how to fix it. It maybe due to the security certificate, I need someone to find the problem and fix it. Please see the attached image of the website and the audio counter not showing the length of the file, like it used to.
