Fix Website Down Issue on DigitalOcean Ubuntu Droplet (Nginx/Apache)

I am looking to hire an experienced Linux server admin or full-stack developer who can help bring my website back online. The website is hosted on a DigitalOcean Droplet (Ubuntu 20.04) and has recently gone down. My original developer is unavailable, and I need someone to:
