Fix SSL Cert on Linux machine > WHM / cPanel (AutoSSL or LetsEncrypt)

I have WHM and cPanel for my websites on a linux server. The SSL certificates expired and it's supposed to auto-renew but it did not. I tried running AutoSSL but there were errors. I have WHM with 4 cPanel websites. I think it may have been using LetsEncrypt but I'm not certain.
