Fix RIPE Atlas Probe Connection

I'm seeking assistance to resolve an issue with my RIPE Atlas software probe on an Ubuntu 22.04 server. The software is installed and the systemd service is running, but the probe is not connecting to RIPE's infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Review installation
- Configure SSH key for RIPE recognition
- Ensure probe shows as "Connected" in my RIPE account
- Fix any file permission or network issues (IPv6 enabled)
