Fix Plesk on Debian MariaDB error

i cant go inside my plesk panel (http error 500). I saw something rong with the mariaDB, but i dont get it run.
DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory
Job. Please fix the error and bring up plesk again. If not possible (if need reinstall) please backup all website data and db data + email and after my new installation please put all again onto.
