Fix PHPMyAdmin Access & Setup SSL

IMy server is a VPS hosted by Contabo.com.
The VPS runs Virtualmin/Webmin with Ubuntu Linux 20.04.6.
1. I've lost my password for this page:

I tried to reset it thru Webmin File Manager, but the process is too complicated for me.
The first part of this job is to reset my PHPMyAdmin password.
2. The 2nd part relates to a persistent error email, shown in the attchment.
Either
a) update the Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for MasterpieceMusic.org from the Virtualmin page, or
b) Configure the DNS settings so that the current certificate continues. This was supposed to be done by the developer who recently updated my DNS settings, but he forgot or didn't know, and is unresponsive to requests for help now that he's been paid.
Either way, the certificate should be self-renewing.
