Fix my Invoice Ninja Docker

Hi
I have a Synology Nas with an app called Invoice ninja running in Docker container.
2 days ago I was experimenting with Watchtower to manage the updating of my containers, this updated my NginX manager reverse proxy container in error and lost my config's. Before this both Invoice Ninja and Seafile were working perfectly.
Now I cannot figure out how to restore access to my Invoice Ninja.
I do not think my invoice ninja containers were effected. I have a Seafile container and that does seem to be working.
I need someone with Linux, Docker and NginX reverse proxy experience to help resolve this issue.
