Fix My Corrupted MySql Database on my Google VM on Debian 10

I messed up the databases on my server. I have all the ibd files, but the databases themselves are corrupted. There are 9 of them. I could do this using MySql utilities myself, but I am a little busy.
Specs are:
Mysql
Debian 10
Phpmyadmin (if you need it)
Google CP
