Finish Vicidial Multi Company Setup -- 2

Job ID: 39810687

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

Vicidial is already up and running on an Alma Linux 9 server ( https://vcdial.jbetadev.com/vicidial/welcome.php ). I have documented the full build in the Google doc below; the only items still pending are sections 4, 5 and 6:

The environment serves several brands—Jewelercart, Legalcart, CashPro Homebuyers, Diamond Bayou and Diamond Bayou Affiliates—so everything must be configured with multi-tenant separation in mind.

SIP Trunks & Numbers
• Provider: voip.ms (all six numbers and DIDs come from the same account).
• I’ll supply the login once we start.
• I’m not fixed on a codec; please advise and apply whatever mix of G.711 / G.729 / G.722 makes sense for quality and cost.
• When you’re done I need clean outbound/inbound tests for every DID.

Voicemail (per company)
Each brand needs its own voicemail box, mailbox greeting and routing logic. Retrieval must work both from the agent interface and via external dial-in.

SMS Integration
voip.ms also provides the SMS API. I need the gateway connected to Vicidial and routing rules that keep traffic isolated by brand (separate caller IDs, replies land in the correct queues, etc.).

Deliverables (accepted when verified live):
1. Six voip.ms trunks registered, codecs optimised, inbound / outbound calls confirmed.
2. Individual voicemail boxes with correct extensions and working message notification per company.
3. SMS send/receive workflow proven for all four active brands (Jewelercart, Legalcart, CashPro Homebuyers, Diamond Bayou).
4. Brief hand-off notes covering any custom dial-plan or conf changes.

Access to the server, voip.ms portal and current Vicidial admin account will be provided immediately after award so we can move straight into configuration and testing.
