Fast Fix for PHP-FPM Apache Error

I'm urgently in need of an experienced professional to finding a solution for an issue I'm having with Apache and PHP-FPM during high traffic.

- Specific Issue: During periods of high traffic, I'm receiving error messages disrupting communication between Apache and PHP-FPM, OS is CENTOS7
- Error Encountered: [proxy:error] [pid 37043] AH00940: FCGI: disabled connection for (php-fpm)
- Time Frame: The problem needs to be rectified as soon as possible

The ideal freelancer for this task should have significant experience in Apache and PHP-FPM, with a particular focus on handling issues related to high traffic situations. Insight into the [proxy:error] message would be highly beneficial.

1. Our server receives requests from users
2. SERVER forward the request to partners server
3. SERVER receive response from third party server
4. SERVER give response to user

In case third pary server is slowing, not respond quickly (timeout 20secondes), the requests inprocess become high and the issue happen (PHP-FPM desabled)
