Face Recognition Linux Open CV Raspberry Pi

Need quick proof of concept running on raspberi Pi 4
open ip cam steam (most likely onvif) run face recognition form any open source libs, record "human" detection event to db (maybe sql lite) save thumbnail, signature and id and time.
make web ui, showing list thumbnails 100% much time, ID, how any times person was there. on web UI allow add/edit name of the human. if we click on how many time we seen that person then show time list for that person

camera will be front facing, we can add side view too

for now its proof of concept we will be adding test features later
