FIX: 502 Bad Gateway - Digital Ocean

I have a wordpress using https://serverpilot.io/ hosted in Digital Ocean, actually I'm having a "502 Bad Gateway" Error on my website.
Serverpilot Support Send me some commands to try to restore the server, but the reality is I can't connect through SSH in Digital Ocean.
So, i contact Digital Ocean support with: I am trying to reset my root password in digital ocean using ‘Reset Password’ option and sending me long reset password and I tried to update with my new password but it keep closing down my Putty and every time I log back in afterwards, it not accepting my new password.
I reset my password many times, and i get the new password in my email, but cannot change it. Im using a new 26 characters password lenght with numbers and lowercase characters. And they send me some instructions.
I need i guy who can help me with this, to fix that problem to put my website online
