Export database for 1 website (Debian 9 - MySQL version 10.1.48-MariaDB)

Fatal Error!
/usr/bin/mysqlshow: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2 "No such file or directory")
I know MySql is down. If it's not to much to up it, ok - how much please ?
Otherwise, I need only export one database about one site (xxx.sql file).
