Expert Proxy Engineer for Instagram Tools

I'm in need of an expert proxy engineer with extensive knowledge of Instagram tools. I have a Linux server with IPV6/32 and require a well-set proxy that has minimal bans, especially in the initial phase. The proxy should be a low-block HTTP type.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program the proxy on Instagram tools
- Ensure minimal to no bans post setup

Future Collaboration:
- After the proxy is set up, further requirements for the project will arise.
- I'm seeking an engineer who would either:
- Receive project payment post successful testing of the proxy or
- Partner with me in this venture

Client Base:
- I currently have over 1000 clients

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in proxy setup and configuration
- Proficiency with Instagram tools
- Familiarity with Linux server management
