I'm in need of an experienced PBX / VOIP / SBC engineer who can address several issues with our customers phone systems system. The primary goal of this project is to troubleshoot and maintain current systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot ongoing call quality issues
- Investigate and resolve call drops
- Address any connectivity problems
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience with Asterisk and other PBX systems
- In-depth knowledge of VOIP network architecture
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and maintenance
