Execute a terraform jenkins pipeline

I keep running into an error - it appears like the terraform SSH commands inside my jenkins file are not finding the Shell eingine. I am using docker-maven-slave, docker-kitchen-slave containers running on openshift clusters but it appears like a configuration under Jenkins nodes OR the jenkinsfile code may need an update.
