Execute Python scripts from Perl CGI website

I have a Perl CGI website. There are some calls to Python scripts from it. However all calls are failing due to some permission issues. I want someone who can make them execute. I'll give access to my Linux CentOS server on which this site is hosted. Web server is Apache Tomcat.
