Ethernet and Wi-Fi Detection on Ubuntu

I'm currently having trouble with my Acer Predator Helios 300 running Ubuntu. It's a laptop with 2 partitions with Ubunto on 1 of them, In the Ubuntu partition, it seems unable to detect the Ethernet ports I use for my industrial cameras, as well as the Wi-Fi connection. However, in the other partition with windows, Wifi conexion seems to work eventhought we ar . The issue might be related to drivers or ports configuration, but I am not certain of this.

Here's what I need:

- Diagnosis of the issue: why can't my Ubuntu partition detect these connections?
- Installation and configuration of any necessary drivers, if it is found that there's a deficiency in this area.
- Ensure that both Ethernet ports and Wi-Fi connection are working properly on my Acer Predator Helios 300.
