Firmware Engineer (Embedded Linux / AI Hardware) — Full-Time | Mexico Time Zone
We are a small but fast-growing company in Mexico focused on Embedded Linux and AI hardware development. We’re looking for a skilled Firmware Engineer who can work remotely but follow the Mexico time zone schedule.
About the Role
This position starts with a 3-week probation period (paid). During this time, you’ll work full-time and complete a small test project. If everything goes well, you’ll transition into a long-term full-time position.
What We Offer
Probation Period (3 weeks):
Full-time schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Salary: $350–$400 per week, paid every Saturday
Test project required (not free work — fully paid as part of probation)
After Probation:
Full-time salary: $1200 per week
Requirements
Strong experience in Firmware development
Solid knowledge of Embedded Linux
Familiarity with AI hardware is a big plus
Able to work during Mexico time zone hours
Good communication and consistent daily progress
