Embedded Linux Expert for Multimedia Surveillance Project

I'm looking for an embedded Linux professional for a 3-6 month multimedia project. This project is focused on surveillance, requiring the following functionalities:
- Video playback/streaming
- Real-time processing

The project will be built on a custom hardware platform. The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with embedded Linux
- Proficiency in multimedia system design
- Knowledge of surveillance system requirements

Hands on experience requires-

Setting up a web and rtsp server
Video Encoding
Boot time optimization
Camera control using VISCA
hdmi output
video saving on SD card
target tracking
Image overlay etc
